“The Young Professional Group of Columbus Cancer Clinic, a program of LifeCare Alliance presents the 11th annual Wine Around the World fundraiser: Thursday, April 24, 2014 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Bluestone. Select wines from different continents will be served by Vintage Wine Distributor, Inc. The event also features hors d’oeuvres and a live and silent auction. CD102.5 will emcee the event. Proceeds from Wine Around the World supports the Columbus Cancer Clinic, a program of LifeCare Alliance. The Columbus Cancer Clinic provides helping hands to those most in need in our community,assisting individuals and families affected by cancer and serving people wishing to be screened. The Clinic educates the public about cancer prevention and the benefits of early detection; offers affordable, accessable screening examinations, mammograms and tests; and provides home care support services. This year marks the 4th anniversary of the ACM Lifting Lives Club Benefit Concert, an annual event that supports ACM Lifting Lives mission to improve lives through the power of music. Since 2011, ACM Lifting Lives has partnered with Lifting Lives Board Member Ed Warm, owner of Joe’s Bar in Chicago, to coordinate benefit concerts with artists such as LeAnn Rimes, Gary Allan, and Lee Brice. Our partnership with Ed and Joe’s Bar successfully raised over $30,000 and spurred our 2014 “Club Benefit Show Run” in which clubs throughout the country replicated the Joe’s Bar model of the ACM Lifting Lives Benefit Concert. In just three months, these venues collectively raised more than $36,000 for ACM Lifting Lives.VIP Opportunities Available:

Performing live at The Bluestone on 02|12|15 The Cadillac Three are a country music trio out of Nashville, TN consisting of members Jaren Johnston, Kelby Ray, and Neil Mason. Wanting to mix contemporary country music with classic southern rock, The Cadillac Three have managed to become stars in their own right with the huge single, “The South,” featuring guest vocals from Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, and Mike Eli. Johnston has also co-written songs for artists such as Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, and Jake Owen.

WCOL’s youngest artist to perform at this year’s Country Jam is RaeLynn. Born and raised in Texas, RaeLynn got her break competing in the second season of NBC’s The Voice. Although not the winner of the competition, RaeLynn’s performance garnered the attention of both Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. After choosing to work with Blake Shelton, RaeLynn continued her success with the show, until her highly debated elimination in the quarterfinals. Since her appearance on the show, RaeLynn has released an EP and several singles like the popular song “God Made Girls” while touring with Shelton’s wife Miranda Lambert. She is currently working on the release of her debut album. RaeLynn is a great example of diversity, in both gender and age, of the artists performing at this year’s Country Jam!
The two- day festival will be hosted at the historic Legend Valley Concert Venue and Campground located on Buckeye Lake, just thirty minutes east of downtown Columbus. 2015 will mark the 3rd year that WCOL Country Jam has taken place at the venue. The festival is packed with a multitude of country music acts from classic country, southern rock country, and modern country artists.

LVMC has hosted a multitude of artists including: The Charlie Daniels Band, The Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, Alabama, Journey, and Jimmy Buffett.
WCOL‘s next up and coming country music star is Georgia born Thomas Rhett! His debut album It Goes Like This released at the end of 2013, sold over 200,000 copies and spawned several successful singles such as “Get Me Some of That”, “Something to Do With My Hands”, and the chart topping hit “It Goes Like This”. Following the release and success of his album, Rhett embarked upon a massive tour across the country, stopping in Columbus at The Bluestone in 2013. Rhett was recently nominated for ACM‘s New Artist of the Year, with the awards ceremony taking place in April and has made headlines with his country covers of popular Bruno Mars singles. Rhett returns to Ohio this summer for WCOL‘s Country Jam at Legend Valley to once again rock Ohio!

Agoura Hills, CA (November 7, 2016) – Easyriders Events proudly announces the Easyriders 2017 Bike Show Tour’s last stop at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, located at 400 North High St. in Columbus, OH on February 11 & 12, 2017.
This two day show will be held on Saturday from 10:00a.m. until 7:00p.m. and Sunday from 10:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. All Tickets for the show will be sold at the door. All ages are welcome to this family-friendly event showcasing the newest innovations in custom motorcycle builds mixed with antique, old school and specialty builds.
The tour is the most anticipated custom motorcycle show circuit of its kind in the country, uniquely offering local “backyard” builders a forum to compete and show their works of motorized art side-by-side with some of the biggest names in the custom motorcycle world. Basic bike show competition entry is free of charge and all bikes are voted on by the attending public as well as judged by Editors of Easyriders, V-Twin and Road Iron magazines, who will be scouting for bikes and builders to feature.
Meet Jason Wilson, founder of the Douche LaRouche Chopper Club and Sacred Steel, featured on the Discovery Channel’s new TV series Sacred Steel Bikes. Jason’s unique choppers are a tribute to the old school custom bikes of the 1960’s and ’70’s. Come check out these ground-up custom creations that will be on display at the shows.

NTC Drift Trikes, one of the most popular features at the Easyriders Rodeo this past summer, will be onsite showing off one-of-a-kind trikes and demonstrating their drifting capabilities every hour.
As featured on America’s Got Talent, Country Music Television’s, Foxworthy’s Big Night Out and a laundry list of popular country music videos, the Purrfect Angelz will be showing off their choreographed dance performances live on the main stage and offering attendees photo opportunities. The founder of the Purrfect Angelz, Lisa Ligon, will be celebrating 15 years with Easyriders Events and has been named the master of ceremonies for the 2017 tour.
The bike show competition is open to the public, and it’s free to enter your motorcycle when you sign up for a basic 5’x10’ bike display space. Entries can be made all the way up until the day of show! Applications to enter YOUR bike in the competition can be found at www.easyridersevents.com.

Biography
Hailing from Mobile, Alabama and based in Nashville, Tennessee, the contemporary country duo Muscadine Bloodline certainly sounds southern but they don’t necessarily seem beholden to either hometown. At times, the pair of Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton can recall the plainspoken sound of Texas Red Dirt country; sometimes they kick up a bit of Southern rock, and sometimes they have the polished songcraft synonymous with the Music City. All of this is evident on their eponymous 2017 debut EP.
The EP Muscadine Bloodline followed just a year after Muncaster and Stanton formed the group. The two singer/songwriters grew up in Mobile, but they didn’t meet until they were both actively pursuing musical careers as adults. Stanton crossed Muncaster’s path when the former was looking for an opening act and they soon started jamming, then decided to form a band. They headed to Nashville and quickly released three singles in 2016 — “Southern Boy Cure,” “Porch Swing Angel,” and “Shut Your Mouth” — before cutting the Muscadine Bloodline EP with producer Luke Laird. Raised in Batesville, Mississippi, singer-songwriter Jameson Rodgers brings together electrified rock & roll and Country songwriting on his new self-titled EP, released in January of 2018, with songs featured on Spotify’s New Boots and Wild Country playlists as well as Sirius XM’s On The Horizon. In 2018, Rodgers also received the AIMP Nashville Rising Artist-Writer of the Year nomination for the third annual AIMP (Association of Independent Music Publishers) Nashville Awards. The former college baseball player, who landed a publishing deal with Combustion Music in 2014, scored his first songwriting cuts with Florida Georgia Lines “Wish You Were On It” and “Talk You Out Of It” in addition to co-writing Chris Lane’s new single “I Don’t Know About You.” His debut EP, released in 2016, features the streaming hit “Midnight Daydream.” In addition to opening shows for Sam Hunt and Old Dominion, Rodgers has been selling out clubs throughout the south and Midwest this year. He is currently on the Luke Combs Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour that kicked off in January.
