HANK WILLIAMS JR. To Headline COUNTRY JAM 2014

Hank Jr will join Dierks Bentley, Randy Houser, Chris Young, Jerrod Niemann, Josh Thompson, Jon Pardi, Brothers Osborne, and more on the Central Ohio Chevy Dealers stage at Legend Valley Music Center on Buckeye Lake.

Hank Williams Jr is one of the most prominent living country music legends today. Hank Williams Jr.’s catalog of hits span four decades, including “A Country Boy Can Survive,” “Honky Tonkin’,” “The American Dream,” “Leave Them Boys Alone,” “Man of Steel,” “All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight,” and many more. Hank Jr. has earned dozens of music awards, including multiple ACMs, CMTs, Grammys, the Johnny Cash Visionary Award, and a BMI Icon award. Hank Williams Jr. has carved out an indelible spot in Country music history, and continues to spread his influence to new generations of musicians.

ABOUT COUNTRY JAM 2014: COUNTRY JAM, located at Legend Valley Concert Venue & Campground on Buckeye Lake,2014_CJ_web (1) is an outdoor country concert accommodating thousands of patrons. This festival has brought top-notch country stars to Central Ohio, such as Gary Allen, Randy Houser, Maggie Rose, Parmalee, and more, and this year’s event will be even larger. Country Jam 2014 will feature TWO NIGHTS of live country music on June 13th-14th, and four nights of free camping beginning Wednesday, June 11th at 5pm. with the following artists performing on the Central Ohio Chevy Dealers stage: HANK WILLIAMS JR, Dierks Bentley, Randy Houser, Chris Young, Jerrod Niemann, Josh Thompson, Jon Pardi, Frankie Ballard, Brothers Osborne, and more to be announced! Anyone who attended Country Jam 2013 at Legend Valley (in Thornville, OH near Buckeye Lake) knows that it is a live music experience like no other!  The festival brings today’s biggest country stars to a beautiful setting on Buckeye Lake, for a concert that is simply unbeatable for any country music lover. Country Jam 2013 brought fans live performances by Gary Allan, Randy Houser, Maggie Rose, Parmalee, Matt Mason, and Cliff Cody.  Read on for a sneak peek at what we have in store for you next year.

COMING IN 2014

TWO straight nights of top‐selling country music artists for two separate shows this summer! Bluestone Promotions is teaming up again with 92.3 WCOL to bring back Country Jam 2014 for two straight nights on the weekend of June 13‐14, 2014. We are also excited to announce another summer country concert event to be held in late August, with more details to be announced early next year.

Country Jam 2014 will be similar to last year’s highly successful event, featuring artists who have topped the country music charts. Several of the performers making appearances this year will consist of chart‐topping artists along with legends and rising stars in the country music industry.

New to Country Jam 2014 will be a second consecutive night of country music that will entertain music fans into the weekend. This means more than 36 hours of music with a special 2‐day event package that includes free camping for both nights. VIP camping and premium camping upgrades will be available when tickets go on sale early next year.

An evening out at The Bluestone is always a reason in itself to celebrate, and we’re making it even more special to ring in 2014 by bringing you Southern rockers BLACKJACK BILLY! $30 gets you admission to the concert, a champagne toast at midnight, party favors, and a confetti bomb! $85 gets you all of that, plus early entry into the venue at 7PM, a dinner buffet, and access to the exclusive VIP section located in our loft area.

U.S. Soccer Pep Rally at The Bluestone

The U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team will play against Mexico tonight at Crew Stadium, but last night, the energy and excitement built to an all-time high with the players, coaches, and fans at The Bluestone! The USA vs. Mexico pep rally was a huge success, and we want to thank everyone involved for packing our venue with high energy, cheers, good times, and enormous support for the men’s national team! USA! USA!
